Dr. Rachael Grantham, Psy.D
Dr. Grantham is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University. Since 2010, she has worked in a variety of settings, both at inpatient and outpatient levels of care, treating adolescents, young adults, and their families. Dr. Grantham has a passion for supporting clients through difficult transitions in order to live a more fulfilling life aligned with their values. She utilizes a combination of solution-focused, acceptance commitment, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals with depressed or anxious mood, self-esteem, traumatic experiences, eating disorders, body image, and parent-child relational issues. Dr. Grantham accepts cash-pay patients and also accepts Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Lyra insurances.

Headway is aimed at walking alongside those who are looking for change or a shift in their life. Often times people explore therapy options when their life is not heading in a direction that supports their goals and values, or have recently experienced a sudden change in their life. From building relational skills and self-esteem, to reducing distressing thoughts or feelings, Headway is dedicated to personalized treatment of each client.
