Headway is aimed at walking alongside those who are looking for change or a shift in their life. Often times people explore therapy options when their life is not heading in a direction that supports their goals and values, or have recently experienced a sudden change in their life. From building relational skills and self-esteem, to reducing distressing thoughts or feelings, Headway is dedicated to personalized treatment of each client. We believe individuals are all doing the best they can in their current circumstances, and sometimes need additional support. For many, the first step of asking for help is often the hardest.
